LifeStream Behavioral Center is a dynamic social services organization providing inpatient, outpatient, residential and community-based behavioral healthcare, child welfare and children's early intervention services. We exist to serve our community when our fellow citizens need help in coping with chronic diseases and life situations that temporarily have overwhelmed their ability to function in a normal manner.

In Fiscal Year 2009, LifeStream served over 27,000 people in Lake and Sumter Counties. Our community-based organization is governed by a Board of Directors composed of community volunteers.

LifeStream Behavioral Center is accredited by the CARF - Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and reviewed annually by state and federal regulatory agencies.
